A guildie who just rolled a caster character for the first time started asking some questions about caster stats. Apparently, my helpfulness to answering questions leads to bad things..
[G] [Jacob]: if you have any other questions just ask
[G] [Jacob]: I think a few of us have played resto druids and all of us are caster fanatics :-p
[G] [CopInDonutShop#2]: where do babies come from?
[G] [Jacob]: Rep vendors
[G] [Howard]: lol
[G] [CopInDonutShop#2]: hmm, kinda gives a new meaning to grinding for rep O.o
[G] [Jacob]: :-O
[G] [Jacob]: lol
[G] [Howard]: dah
[G] [Howard]: I have five children!
[G] [Beverly]: Howard is exalted.
[G] [Jacob]: Howard has got to be exalted with someone!

I was revving up to tank ToC25 on my druid this evening. The raid leader was asking me a bunch of questions and I decided it’d be okay to ask a few back. All seemed well until he asked me “Can you stay for a full clear?” I reply honestly, I guess that was the mistake, “Yes, as long as it doesn’t take 20 minutes between each pull.”
Now mind you, PuG raids on this server especially have a terrible reputation for taking FOREVER. As everyone sits around and flasks run out. I simply asked that we spend more time fighting than sitting around. Well the raid leader apparently gets set on fire by this and becomes Dr. Jekyll.
“Its ToC25. Sometimes adjustments need to be made and that takes time. No thanks, I don’t want people who expect this to be done in an hour flat.”
“All I said was that I don’t want to waste my time for 20 minutes and spend more time staring at my feet than fighting.”
“I don’t waste time but I don’t too much like performance demands.”
Mind you, I’m a patient guy. I don’t sit there throwing a fit after 2 minutes because someone is changing specs or needs to go put their dog out who mysteriously caught fire. At the same time, I find nothing fun sitting around in a room full of people while we do menial things that are absolutely unimportant. Blarg!

On my way into a 25-man Icecrown Citadel raid someone asked in raid chat what the loot rules would be.
The raid leader responds “1 main spec, 1 off spec, unless its uncontested.”
Moments later a Druid in raid responds in all seriousness
“1 means??”
